We keep this simple. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site securely and to guard the contact form against spam.
If you use our contact form or email us, we use your name, email address, organization, message and any files you attach to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence. Form submissions, including attachments, are sent to us by email through our email provider and are not stored on this website. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@smforge.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Booking a call
The "book a call" link opens Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, on its own website. If you book a time there, Calendly handles your booking and its own cookies and privacy terms apply. You can always reach us by email instead.
